To whom it may concern;
Pollinators are declining in large numbers, this is a major concern because ⅓ of our food supply depends upon these animals. If all of the pollinators died not only would we lose ⅓ of our food supply, but the other ⅔ would be affected. One of those reasons might be because you grow GMO products and make and use pesticides. Now I'm not telling you to shut down your company, but there are many other ways you can continue to get revenue and and help save pollinators.
Without pollinators we wouldn't have any fruits and vegetables, so the animals that we eat wouldn't have food, and you (Monsanto) would lose your money. The food you genetically modified foods you use in your food. Then you would lose your food production, because your food wouldn't grow because pollinators are dying, and can't pollinate your food. Also the ⅔s would be affected because the animals we eat, eat that food, and a lot of starches comes from plants, that pollinators, pollinate. So, fruits and veggies are gone, and meats and starches would start to decline. All because the pollinators are declining.
Now instead of shutting down your company here are two ways to help save the pollinators. One way is to stop genetically modifying your products. So when the pollinators try to pollinate your products they get some of the GMO and are sometimes poisoning pollinators. Though not all GMOs are bad some are. So when the pollinators try to pollinate they get sick and can't do their jobs. Another way is to not use pesticides. Pesticides not only poison pollinators, but they are also very lethal to them. Now I understand there are some bad bugs you are trying to stop getting your plants. Then again you are still killing pollinators so you could try to make a new way not to kill pollinators.
In conclusion, reasons that pollinators are dying is somewhat pointed toward the pesticides you use and make, and the pesticides. It's not just you but the GMO and pesticides you use aren't helping the matter. We all know that because the pollinators are declining so are our food supply is as well. So pollinators are extremely important. So you don't have to shut your company down, but you could stop using pesticides or/and stop making bad GMOs. So if you keep doing this, you’re only hurting your own company, and dooming pollinators which dooms the food.
Sincerely,
Oliver R
